Both entities sign a collaboration agreement that generates beneficial synergies.
Opciónate and EccaEdu have signed a collaboration agreement for the promotion and development of training actions. Its director, Ana Lydia Fernández-Layos, and the general director of Radio Ecca, José María Segura, agree to collaborate in their respective training, insertion and/or social, cultural and educational integration processes.
As an association specialized in gender equality, with a history of more than 20 years of experience in local, national and international projects, Opciónate continues to forge agreements with entities whose mission aligns with its own. In this case, both entities share values and strategies that guarantee an educational and training offer inspired by inclusion, the gender approach and the promotion of human rights.
Ecca.edu was born in the Canary Islands in 1965 and is the oldest entity in Spain for regulated distance education. Its teaching method, with quality attention to students and ongoing training of adults, has been digitalized to respond to the current needs of all different social groups, many of whom face barriers and stereotypes that make it difficult for them to access or remain in the labor market.
