What to do in case of unsatisfactory response?
If the response to your request for access to information is not satisfactory, you can contact the Transparency Commissioner to fi le a complaint.Follow the steps provided in the “How to fi le a complaint” section here. You can also send an alert for non-compliance with the Transparency Law,report non-compliance, request information from the Transparency Commissioner or make suggestions for better application of the law.
