Welcome to the Opciónate’ online training platform.
Here you will find courses and webinars we have offered in the past as well as those currently open for registration and in progress.
Our main lines of action are: gender equality, gender-based violence and cyberviolence, emotional and social intelligence, leadership and empowerment, and cyber-citizenship, among others.
We apply experiential and participatory methodologies, participatory-collaborative and theoretical-practical learning strategies with a cross-cultural approach. Our training programmes are also inspired by educational practices arising from popular culture, and the principles of Gestalt therapy and emotional and social intelligence.

Opciónate, with the support of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, will host the webinar Good practices. An approach to cyberviolence against women and girls.
We will take a closer look at the experiences and actions that are being implemented at an international, European, national and local level. Successful experiences that guide us in adopting strategies to confront online gender-based violence.

Opciónate presents LiderA, a programme conceived for the promotion of leadership, empowerment and social involvement among young women. This initiative is inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals, 2030 Agenda, and Goal 5 “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls”, a powerful tool for transformation.
