The course is of a theoretical and practical nature, so throughout the sessions, theoretical elements, key questions, exercises and specific cases will be presented in order to apply the knowledge to professional practice. A total of 18 teaching hours will be given, which will be complemented with 20 hours of face-to-face or online consultancy at the request of those attending the training. The course will take place in June 2022 and will be given by Ana Lydia Fernández Layos, founder of the association Opciónate and specialist in Gender Equity, with 20 years of work experience in the United Nations, European Commission, AECID, NGDOs, and public and private institutions in the Canary Islands, mainland Spain and various countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
