As a result of their commitment to the principle of equality between men and women, and a gender approach in the processes and methodologies implemented by the Santa Lucía and San Bartolomé City Councils, Opciónate was entrusted the organization of gender mainstreaming training for their technical staff and associated personnel.

With more than 500 attendees, the training sessions featured our distinctive participatory and experiential approaches, as a knowledge building live process.
