Opciónate will carry out the gender audit of the Lanzarote Film Festival 2024, which, organized by the Tenique Cultural association, will be held from November 21 to December 1 on the island of volcanoes.
After interviewing staff and collaborators of the entity in the organization of the event, the director of Opciónate, Ana Lydia Fernández-Layos, will prepare the diagnosis of the mainstreaming of gender equality in the association and in the organization of the Exhibition of Cinema. A document from which the proposal of measures to implement equality is subsequently based, both in the association and in the next edition of the event.
